In most cases DENNIS FOSS & ASSOCIATES INC. will strive to maintain a 15-21 day return on the Investigation Request to Report Process.
Every effort will be made to accommodate priority Investigation Requests (i.e. Scheduled medical appointments).
In certain cases an out-of-town Investigation may take longer, while Clients are being advised of an Investigation in the area.

Instructions can be given over the telephone and a confirmation can be sent to your office.
Arrangements can be made for you to receive updates on a daily basis or at the conclusion of the Investigation. In realizing that we all have busy work schedules, you may wish to be advised of the results of the Investigation by reading the delivered report.

We do not charge for travel to the file location, motel charges or meals. This practice often saves our Clients between $500.00-$2,000.00 per file.
